The brief

Challenge

TanAinent Global UK needed an AI-assisted HR and attendance product live on both the App Store and Google Play — with one developer, and no in-house iOS release experience.

Approach

One Flutter codebase targeting both platforms, Firebase for real-time attendance data and push, and full ownership of the release machinery: Xcode configuration, CocoaPods, provisioning profiles, TestFlight distribution and App Store Connect submission.

Outcome

  • Shipped live on the Apple App Store and Google Play
  • Cleared Apple Review, including an FCM policy classification query
  • Real-time check-in, scheduling and performance analytics in production
