Challenge

Dhaka's local bus network has no reliable digital route map, and the people who depend on it most often have no data connection while travelling.

Approach

An offline-first Flutter app with the full route, stop and transfer graph bundled into a local SQLite database, so trip planning works with the phone in airplane mode.

Overview
